Privacy Policy

CaseBinder Immigration Docs stores the binders, evidence items, notes, dates, tags, photos, PDFs, and imported files you add on your device. The app does not require an account and does not upload your evidence to a developer-operated server.

Information Stored on Your Device

The app stores the information you choose to enter, including binder names, case type labels, filing stage labels, deadlines, evidence metadata, notes, tags, imported images, camera photos, and PDF or image attachments. This data is stored locally in app data on your device.

Photos, Camera, and Files

If you choose a photo, take a photo, or import a file, that item is used only for the evidence record you create. Photos and files remain under your control unless you choose to share or export them.

PDF Export and Sharing

When you generate a PDF packet or share a file, you choose where that file goes through the system share sheet. The recipient, cloud provider, messaging app, printer, or other destination may process that file under its own privacy policy.

No Developer-Operated Collection

CaseBinder does not use developer-operated accounts, cloud sync, advertising SDKs, or third-party analytics. The developer does not collect your immigration evidence, photos, notes, or PDF packets through the app.

Purchases

If CaseBinder is purchased through a digital storefront, payment is handled by that storefront provider, which may process purchase information under its own policies.

Legal and Immigration Information

CaseBinder is an organizer, not a legal service. Do not send sensitive document packets, government IDs, financial records, or private relationship photos through the support form.
